Delivery and Returns

We process orders as quickly as possible and post them using Royal Mail, so you should receive your order within about a week of ordering, but do please allow up to 28 days. You credit card will be charged at point of purchasing.

We want all our customers to be happy with their Bio Mag Therapy order, but we also understand that sometimes you may want to return an item for a refund.  As part of our commitment to our customers satisfaction we have extended the statutory cancellation period from 14 to 90 days. 

This allows plenty of time to try out our products and not feel pressured into returning an item before you have fully tried it out.We also suggest that if you have any questions or any problems with a product please call our Customer Care line on 0800 208 3131.If you do need to return a product for a refund, please post it to the return address below within 90 days of receiving your order, don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number.

Original postage and packaging cost not included and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. All returns are subject to a £2.95 processing fee.
